Dietary and Allergen Information.
At Ceri's Cupcakes, I want to help all my customers to make informed choices about my products. If you are adhering to a special diet, or have a food allergy or intolerance, you will find all of the information you need below.
Cross-contamination.
Please note that all my products are baked fresh in my kitchen, which handle ingredients to make all of my products. Whilst I do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, I do have a small kitchen and do not have segregated areas, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.
I handle all of the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sulphites and soya.
Jf you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a serious allergic reaction, sadly the only want for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of my products.
Allergen Labels.
All of the products that I supply you will come with a detailed allergen label. Please read this carefully to ensure that you do not consume any allergens that you are allergic to.
Information for Coeliacs.
I can bake using gluten-free ingredients, but in the interests of your health and safety, I do not claim for these to be gluten-free, as I handle other ingredients in my kitchen containing gluten.
